Terms & Conditions: Sweatcoin promotion

May - September 2022

1. Who is eligible?

All users of Sweatcoin who have never used Snoop before.
Existing customers of Snoop or anyone that has downloaded the app previously is not eligible for the promotion.
To be eligible, you must not be using Ad blocking software on your Phone – it’s not possible to identify eligible claims when blocking software is used.

2. What is the promotion?

Sweatcoin users can earn a £5 Amazon voucher for trying the Snoop app. To earn the reward, people must use the specified tracking link to download the app (so they can be identified for the reward), connect at least one bank account or credit card and still have the app installed one month after the date of download.
Those that have downloaded the app via the tracking link will get an email confirming details of the voucher.
In addition, every customer that downloads the app and connects a bank account between 15 May 2022 and 16 August 2022 will enter a prize draw to win £1,000 cash. Each customer will receive one entry in the draw. There will be a separate prize draw between 17 August 2022 and 30 September 2022 – each new customer connecting a bank account for the first time during this period will receive one entry in the draw.
In addition, the customer may receive an entry into a promotion to win Apple technology (listed below) if the customer downloads the app and connect a bank account between the following dates:
- iPhone 13: Phase 1 of the promotion (15th May to 26th May)
- Macbook: Phase 2 of the promotion (5th June to 15th June)
- iPad Air: Phase 3 of the promotion (19th June to 28th June)
- Apple Watch (Series 7): Phase 4 of the promotion (3rd July to 16th July)
- iPhone 13: Phase 5 of the promotion (24th July to 3rd August)
- Macbook Air: Phase 6 of the promotion (8th August to 16th August)
- Beats Studio Wireless Headphones: Phase 7 of the promotion (20th August to 31st August)
- Macbook Air: Phase 8 of the promotion (3rd September to 14th September)
- iPhone 14: Phase 9 of the promotion (18th September to 29th September)
All prize draws will be completed within 28 days of the end of the promotional period shown above in brackets with winners notified within 14 days of the date of the draw.

3. What are the key dates?

The offer will be available from Sunday 15 May until Friday 30 September.
£5 Amazon vouchers will only be sent by email to customers who have connected at least one bank account or credit card and have not uninstalled the app within one month of the date of download.
Vouchers will be paid at the end of the month following that in which the customer installs the app and connects at least 1 bank account. As an example, if a customer installs the Snoop app and connects their bank account in May, the voucher will be paid at the end of June. If the end of the month falls on a weekend, the voucher will be paid on the Monday following the weekend (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday).

4. What is the voucher value?

The voucher value payable to a new Snoop user will be £5.00.
Only one voucher can be earned per customer. Multiple downloads and account setups are not eligible.
Amazon vouchers are the only option for the reward – no cash exchanges or alternative vouchers will be provided.
No alternative is available to the prize for Apple or other technology, Nike Shopping Spree or £1000 cash prize

5. What else do you need to know?

This promotion can be withdrawn at any time.
Your personal information (the email address used to register for Snoop) will be used to send you the £5 Amazon voucher and to contact you if you have won a prize in one of the draws.
This offer is only available in the UK (as that’s where Snoop operates).
If an event beyond our control happens and means we can’t supply an Amazon voucher we may change the reward (but we’ll try not to).
