Mortgage £100 cashback terms

1. Who is eligible?

• All registered customers of Snoop who after 1 May 2022, and before Saturday 7 October 2023, submit information through the Snoop information capture form and go on to arrange and complete an appointment with a Mojo adviser that then leads to the completion of a mortgage through the Mojo service (release of mortgage funds). Customers must not have spoken to Mojo about arranging a mortgage in the past.

2. What is the promotion?

• Complete the arrangement of a new mortgage through Mojo using the Snoop application form and we will reward you with a £100 cash payment.

3. How does the promotion work?

• The start date of this promotion is Sunday 1 May 2022.
• All customers that use the Snoop application form on or after this date and before the end of Saturday 7 October 2023 that go on to complete the arrangement of a mortgage through Mojo (after receiving mortgage advice), are eligible to receive a £100 payment. 
• £20 will be paid after you complete a mortgage appointment over the telephone with a Mojo mortgage adviser with a further £80 paid when you drawdown funds from your new mortgage.
• Within 2 weeks of completing an initial appointment with a Mojo mortgage adviser, Snoop will send you an email asking for the account name, account number and sort code you wish the cashback to be credited to. The cashback will be paid to the nominated account within 2 weeks of your reply to this email.
• Mojo will contact Snoop following completion of the new mortgage, this can be 2 weeks after the completion date. Once this confirmation is received, Snoop will pay a further £80 using the same bank account information the initial £20 cashback was credited to. The cashback will be paid within 2 weeks of Snoop receiving confirmation of the mortgage completion from Mojo.
• For the second payment of £80 to be made, the mortgage completion must have taken place by 31 January 2024.

4. What are the key dates?

• This offer is available to any eligible customer between Sunday 1 May 2022 and Saturday 7 October 2023.

5. What else do you need to know?

• This promotion can be withdrawn with 7 days’ notice at any time.
• Your personal information will be used to administer the incentive.
• You may be asked but are not under an obligation to participate in non-paid publicity.
