Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions

1. Who is eligible?

All registered customers of Snoop who have been served the Amazon Refer a Friend Reward Snoop in the Snoop app (‘referrers’).
To be eligible, you must not be using Ad blocking software on your Phone – it’s not possible to identify eligible claims when blocking software is used.

2. What is the promotion?

Word-of-mouth recommendation is an important source of new customers for Snoop, and Snoop would like to reward customers (‘referrers’) for their recommendations that lead to other customers (‘referees’) signing up for Snoop and connecting their bank accounts. This reward will take the form of a £5 Amazon voucher for the referrer for every recommendation through the process outlined in these Terms that leads to another customer downloading the app and connecting a bank account. For a limited period between 27 May 2021 and 10 December 2024, Snoop will also reward referees with a £5 Amazon voucher.

3. How does the promotion work?

An Amazon voucher is payable to a referrer introducing a customer who has never used the Snoop app (‘referree’) using the ‘Invite Friends to Snoop’ link in the Settings section of the Snoop app or by sharing the personal referral link in the email sent to them. To earn the Amazon voucher, the referee registering with Snoop must download the app by clicking on the referrer’s personal referral link and connect a bank account or credit card account by 10 December 2024 (becoming a ‘new Snoop user’) and still be connected with the app installed on their phone 28 days later.
A voucher will only be payable to a referrer and a referee if the referee has never used the Snoop app in the past. This will be determined by checking previously registered personal details and/or previously connected bank accounts.
The voucher will be paid within 28 days of a successful bank or credit card account connection by the new Snoop user.
An email will be sent to the referrer and the referee confirming a voucher is payable, and the voucher will be sent to the referrer’s and referee’s registered email addresses held by Snoop.

The voucher value payable to a single referrer for a referee will be £5.00 with the same payment made to the referee.
Amazon vouchers are the only option for the reward – no cash exchanges or alternative vouchers will be provided.
A voucher will not be payable if the ‘new Snoop user’ or the 'Referrer' has uninstalled the app or removed their connected accounts within 28 days of connecting a bank account or credit card.
Referrers that introduce 5 referees during the offer period will be sent an extra £25 Amazon voucher. No more than one £25 Amazon voucher can be earned by each customer. The reward payable to referrers that are also crowdfund investors will be £30.

6. What else do you need to know?

This promotion can be withdrawn at any time.
Your personal information will be used to administer the incentive.
You may be asked but are not under an obligation to participate in non-paid publicity.
The Incentive is subject to English law.
Events may occur which render the Incentive itself or supply of the voucher impossible due to reasons beyond our control. If that happens, we may vary or amend the Incentive and you agree that no liability shall attach to us as a result.
